We prohibit the use of TagMi to create, upload, share, request, distribute, promote, facilitate, or otherwise participate in content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. These standards apply to all users, accounts, content, messages, livestreams, profiles, comments, media, interactions, and other activities on TagMi.
2. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
TagMi strictly prohibits:
- Sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including sexual images or videos involving minors.
- Sexualized content involving children.
- Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual purposes.
- Sexual solicitation, sextortion, or coercion involving a child.
- Arranging or facilitating sexual encounters with children.
- Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.
- Requesting, offering, purchasing, selling, or distributing CSAM.
- Using TagMi to identify, contact, or target children for sexual purposes.
- Encouraging, promoting, or assisting child sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Any attempt to circumvent TagMi's child-safety measures.
3. Grooming and Sexual Solicitation
TagMi prohibits behavior intended to establish or manipulate a relationship with a child for sexual exploitation or abuse, including:
- Building trust with a child for sexual purposes.
- Requesting sexual images or videos from a child.
- Moving a child to another platform for sexual purposes.
- Offering money, gifts, or benefits in exchange for sexual activity or material.
- Threatening or blackmailing a child into providing sexual content.
- Attempting to arrange an in-person sexual encounter with a child.
4. User Reporting and In-App Safety
We review reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies, applicable laws, and the circumstances of each case.
5. Action Against CSAM and CSAE
When TagMi becomes aware of content or activity involving CSAM or CSAE, we may act immediately, including by:
- Removing or restricting the reported content.
- Suspending or terminating the responsible account.
- Restricting associated accounts or activity where appropriate.
- Preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required.
- Escalating serious matters to appropriate authorities or child-protection organizations.
- Cooperating with lawful investigations and requests from competent authorities.

- Continuous improvement of our community and safety standards.

TagMi does not provide a safe harbor for individuals who use the platform to exploit children.
There is no acceptable reason to create, request, possess, share, distribute, or promote CSAM or to sexually exploit a child through TagMi.
